Shipping policy for THE PAWHAM ARTS LLC 
Thank you for visiting and shopping at  THE PAWHAM. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy 
Domestic shipping policy
Orders are typically processed within a few business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Customers will be informed of any significant delays. 
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. A table outlining shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and costs should be included.

Delivery delays can occur due to volume or weather. We ship within the U.S., including U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 
A shipping confirmation with tracking is sent once the order ships, usually active within 24 hours. 
Customs, duties, and taxes are the customer's responsibility. 
We are not liable for items damaged or lost during shipping. If damage occurs, contact the carrier and retain all packaging. 
International shipping policy
Specify the countries you ship to, and note that costs are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for international customs, duties, taxes, and fees, and delivery times vary. 
For incorrect addresses, addresses are validated at checkout, and attempts will be made to contact customers for unverified addresses before canceling and refunding orders. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided. 
If a shipment is missing despite being marked delivered, contact us. We will file a claim with the carrier. Replacements or refunds will be issued after the investigation, which may take up to 21 days.
